Horizons for Youth is a community committed to helping children successfully graduate high school, continue onto college and ultimately reach their full potential. In partnership with dedicated families, we provide 133 hard-working students need-based scholarships, a summer program, one-on-one mentoring, monthly enrichment outings, tutoring, and college preparation. Our program has proven results. With over 100 graduates, Horizons for Youth alumni maintain a 99% high school graduation rate and 80% college attendance rate. We believe that with proper support, every child has the ability to succeed.
We invite you to join the Horizons for Youth community and help provide life changing opportunities for a student. Your involvement can help change the trajectory of a child’s life.
Horizons for Youth is proud to have been selected as the primary beneficiary of a gala to be held by the Declan Drumm Sullivan Memorial Fund. Declan is the Notre Dame student who was tragically killed in an accident while filming the football team. The inaugural No Ordinary Evening will be held on Saturday, April 28th in Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom. We expect over 700 guests to enjoy a festive evening of drinks, dinner, dancing and auctions to celebrate Declan’s life.
